Detailed reporting tab
Your reporting tab is the most detailed and in-depth page on your myRentokil pest management system. You can filter by date range, pest group, detector type, location and so much more to ensure that managing your pest control is made easy and transparent.
Choosing a filter for your reporting is really dependant on the information you wish to see.
For example, do I only want to see the infestation that was noted inside my building, or only on the ground floor, or even in a certain location like your kitchens and canteens?
This report can reflect anything you need it to, making your reporting needs easier. This reporting page is so important when it comes to audit season, specifically for your pest trend analysis and recommendations.
There is a subtab for recommendation analysis and the page looks similar to the one above, however the data displayed on this page will revolve around recommendations that were made by our service team to ensure that we limit resources and entry points for pests, all aiming at keeping your site/s well maintained.
Export your data:
The detail from both reports is able to be exported on Excel or PDF, and an image of the chart is also available for export. Accurate reporting is important: myRentokil gathers information when the service team’s enter data onto their PDA’s when at your premises.
When our technicians note pest activity into the system it reflects in myRentokil – so that you are immediately aware of any concerns they may have picked up. This makes reporting part and parcel of pest management, and is an imperative part of keeping your site/s safe and well managed.
Reports subtab:
The Reports subtab is where you can schedule reports based on your specific needs, at a frequency that suits you best. You can also run reports on a once-off or ad-hoc basis for your convenience an area of existing reports that have been made and scheduled are also available for you.
myRentokil reports are split into three separate categories, namely:
-
Pest activity, Recommendations & Preparations
This first report is everything you need to see regarding activity noted on your site/s and the dates of that pest activity, as well as any recommendations that the service team have noted that could have an impact on pest management practices. It also shows services moving forward and the preparations that were utilised on your sites whilst conducting services.
-
Visit and Tasks report
is used to track when our service teams visited your site/s and what actions they need to take into consideration when visiting your premises again, for example, if there is a fly unit that needs a replacement globe, the service team will log that as a task from our end that needs to be addressed.
-
Audit Report
This is a detailed report that has all the detailed information included what was mentioned earlier on preparations, activity, and recommendations. It’s an extensive report and can be a bit intimidating at first, but we’re here to assist you through your audits, so no need to stress.
The site collections subtab is where you can sort your reporting in batches for multiple sites.
